Tom Formeller has over thirty years experience in commercial real estate, specializing in sales, leasing and land acquisition for business owners, investors, and developers, primarily in Northern California. He has been involved in the site acquisition and/or leasing of over forty (40) shopping center projects.

 

Tom moved to Whidbey Island, Washington in 2005 and has continued working on land and commercial property sales. His knowledge and skills include investment property analysis, commercial development, leasing, land subdivision, government approvals, site planning, and economic feasibility.  Transactions in 2006-2007 included over 135 acres of raw land and 4 commercial buildings in 11 sales on Whidbey Island.

Tom has been involved in hundreds of sales and leases.  These transactions included the following chain stores: Lucky Supermarkets, Safeway Stores, Raley’s Supermarkets, Payless Drug Stores, Long’s Drug Stores, Wal-Mart, Walgreens, Rite Aid Drug Stores, Auto Zone, Outback Steakhouse, Applebee’s Neighborhood Bar & Grill, Black Angus Restaurant, McDonald’s, Burger King, Taco Bell and Wendy’s.  He has also represented many individual business owners and developers.
