Tom moved to Whidbey Island, Washington in 2005 and has continued working on land and commercial property sales. His knowledge and skills include investment property analysis, commercial development, leasing, land subdivision, government approvals, site planning, and economic feasibility. Transactions in 2006-2007 included over 135 acres of raw land and 4 commercial buildings in 11 sales on Whidbey Island.
